I have never really used a storage company before, but I have to say that it does make sense. I have found Paddington Storage Company to be very good, they are friendly, and made sure that I had all that I needed to get the unit loaded up. My husband was pleased to see that they provided carts and trolleys for the short distance from the van to the unit, but I am very glad that we didn't get an upstairs unit! That said, they have lifts to make those units work well, so it wouldn't have been that bad!
